Roxanne Fouché is your Focus For Effectiveness coach.

She provides consulting and coaching in person, by phone, or online to university students, families, adults, and entrepreneurs affected by ADHD, weaknesses in Executive Function or related challenges. Her office is in San Diego and she is among the few trained life coaches specializing in ADHD and associated challenges in any area. She has more than 25 years experience in helping those affected by Attention Disorders, Executive Function challenges, and other learning differences.


Roxanne Fouche Roxanne Fouché specializes in strengths-based coaching of bright students and adults with ADHD, weaknesses in Executive Functioning and/or learning differences. She has worked in a variety of roles in private practice, schools and universities, assisting individuals to succeed with ADHD. She has graduate training in special education and holds both a Professional Certificate in Educational Therapy and a Certificate in Positive Psychology.

Roxanne is a coauthor of the ADHD Awareness Book Project series, and a frequent speaker at local and national events. She serves as the San Diego County Coordinator of CHADD (Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), provides consulting to the University of California, San Diego and is a Board Member and the Chair of the Research Committee of the ADHD Coaches Organization.

Roxanne has both personal and professional understanding of ADHD’s advantages and challenges, and is passionate about helping students and adults discover their potential and flourish with ADHD.
